Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove PCB from appliance
Remove electrode leads from spark generator on the PCB

Measurement:

Inspect the leads and electrode for any signs of damage or shorting and check for continuity (zero resistance) of each electrode and lead between the electrode tip and end of the electrode lead at the PCB for both electrodes.
