Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Gain access to burner

Observation:

Inspect the detection electrode for any signs of damage to the electrode or ceramic and for good overall condition.
Check the gap between the detection electrode is correct.
(gap depends on which type of electrode is fitted, refer to pictures)
