Observation:
Does the Water Pressure Gauge indicate a system pressure in excess of 0.7 bar?
MEASUREMENT AS ABOVE
MEASUREMENT NOT AS ABOVE
After test don't forget
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
