Set Appliance State:

Mains Power Off
Gas Control Knob in pilot position
Gas Control Knob fully depressed
Gas On; Pilot On

Observation:

Hold in the Gas Control Knob and repeatedly press the Ignition Button.
Does the Pilot ignite?
