Set Appliance State:

Mains Power Off
Gas Control Knob in Pilot Ignition position
Gas On; Pilot On

Observation:

Light the pilot and continue to hold in the Gas Control Knob for a further 30 seconds after the pilot is lit.
Does pilot remain alight after releasing the Gas Control Knob?
