Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove PCB cover as necessary

Observation:

Inspect the reset button, ensure it is not trapped and pushes in and out freely.
Also check the PCB is fitted and located correctly within its housing.
