Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to AC Volts Set meter to measure AC Volts
No Demands
Move connector ST5 until PCB connection strips are exposed
WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Measurement:

Measure the AC volts at the fan connector on the PCB on each wire listed in the table below to the brown wire which is the fan's neutral (it must be tested on this wire not another neutral). Connection can be made by inserting the probe in the small hole of the wire under test on the PCB.
Voltages should be approx. as follows;

Note: Ensure a good connection is made.
