Measurement:
Test 1:
Measure the voltage across pin 2 at location ST17 on the PCB and the DC Neutral terminal.
Test 2:
Measure the voltage across pin 5 at location ST17 on the PCB and the DC Neutral terminal.
Expected voltage approximately 27V DC on both tests.
Measure the voltage across pin 2 at location ST17 on the PCB and the DC Neutral terminal.
Test 2:
Measure the voltage across pin 5 at location ST17 on the PCB and the DC Neutral terminal.
Expected voltage approximately 27V DC on both tests.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
