Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
NO demand
Remove connector ST17 from PCB
Remove connector ST17 from PCB

Measurement:
Press and hold the reset button on the control panel for 5 seconds and then release.
Measure the voltage across pin 1 at location ST17 on the PCB and the incoming earth while the appliance resets.
The voltage should vary up and down between 0V and 1.2 VAC or greater for up to 5 seconds.
Reset the appliance again and repeat the test on pins 3, 4 and 6, the voltage should behave as above on all tests.
Does the voltage behave as described?
Note:
The voltage will only behave as described for 5 seconds after releasing the reset button so the readings need to be taken within this timeframe.
