Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
NO demand
Preheat switched OFF (ECO button illuminated)
Remove connector ST17 from PCB
Preheat switched OFF (ECO button illuminated)
Remove connector ST17 from PCB

Measurement:
Measure the voltage across pin 1 at location
ST17 on the PCB and mains neutral.
Press and hold the reset button on the control panel for 2 seconds and then release.
The voltage should fluctuate up and down by approx 6V DC for 4 seconds
before settling back to its original voltage.
Reset the appliance again and repeat the test on pins 3, 4 and 6, the
voltage should behave as above on all tests.
Note:
Some volt meters may display the voltage fluctuations clearer if set to manual range.
