Measurement:
Test 1:
Measure the voltage across pin 2 at location ST17 on the PCB and mains neutral.
Test 2:
Measure the voltage across pin 5 at location ST17 on the PCB and mains neutral.
Expected voltage approximately 15V DC. (A voltage of up to 30V DC may be measured initially but this should drain away and settle at approximately 15V DC).
Measure the voltage across pin 2 at location ST17 on the PCB and mains neutral.
Test 2:
Measure the voltage across pin 5 at location ST17 on the PCB and mains neutral.
Expected voltage approximately 15V DC. (A voltage of up to 30V DC may be measured initially but this should drain away and settle at approximately 15V DC).
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
