Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Gas Off
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Ensure gas is turned off at the inlet of the appliance

Observation:
Boiler On/Off switch On.
Reset lockout if necessary.
Allow fan to run and ignition sequence to commence,
as gas is turned off burner will not ignite.
After ignition sequence has failed, listen to the fan.
Does the fan speed increase for 2 or 3 seconds before ignition is tried again?
