Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Observation:
Test 1:
Measure the AC voltage between Live (L) on the incoming mains terminal block and earth.
Expect approximately 240 VAC
Test 2:
Measure the AC voltage between the Neutral (N) on the incoming mains terminal block and earth.
Expect approximately 0-15 VAC
Measure the AC voltage between Live (L) on the incoming mains terminal block and earth.
Expect approximately 240 VAC
Test 2:
Measure the AC voltage between the Neutral (N) on the incoming mains terminal block and earth.
Expect approximately 0-15 VAC
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
