Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove the front cover from the heat exchanger

Observation:

Inspect the condition of the heat exchanger flue ways.
Note:
Upon reassembly the gasket for the inspection plate must be replaced.
