Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Turn off DHW inlet valve and drain down the DHW circuit

Observation:

Remove the DHW flow sensor and remove the filter / restrictor and inspect for blockages or damage.
Note:
The filter is situated in the DHW flow sensor.
