Set Appliance State:

Turn CH flow and return isolating valves OFF
Drain and discharge boiler

Observation:
Remove and inspect by-pass tube for blockages.
Note:
Where an external bypass (or bypass radiator) is fitted to the system it is acceptable to pass this test if the external bypass is operating correctly.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
