Turn Hot Water Tap On
CH potentiometer set to minimum

Reset appliance if it is in lockout.
Observe fan.
Does the fan run continuously?
(At least 10 seconds)
IMPORTANT:
It is critical to switch from CH operation (which
was used in the previous test) to DHW operation
as written in the instructions. Using a CH demand
on this test WILL lead to misdiagnosis.
