Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
| WARNING! Mains voltage is expected during test, follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
On the test pins behind plug ST16 measure the voltage across the left most two contacts (green and black wires on connector) with the connector attached to the PCB using the long shrouded probes.
Hot Water Tap Off.
Expect approx. either 5V DC or 0V DC.
(depends on position of turbine within flow switch)
With hot tap fully open repeat the measurement.
Expect approx. 2.2 V DC.

and refit as necessary
