Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Gain access to PCB, use isolation mat as required
Ensure no demands
Gain access to PCB, use isolation mat as required
Ensure no demands

Measurement:
Appliance On/Off control set to ON position.
Measure the voltage at the second terminal from the right marked LR (live) and the seventh terminal from the right marked N (neutral) at connector ST2 on the PCB.
Mains voltage should be absent.
Measure the voltage at the second terminal from the right marked LR (live) and the seventh terminal from the right marked N (neutral) at connector ST2 on the PCB.
Mains voltage should be absent.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
