Observation:
The appliance has built in frost protection so that should the system temperature fall below 8°C the pump will run, if the boiler drops below 5°C then the ignition sequence will commence and the burner will ignite.
With the aid of a temperature probe if necessary, determine whether the ambient temperature at the boiler primary sensor is below 8°C.
