Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Set Multimeter to AC Volts

Measurement:
Appliance On/Off control set to ON position.
Measure the voltage at the top of fuse F2 and an earth.
Expected voltage should be approximately 10-28 volts AC.
Measure the voltage at the top of fuse F2 and an earth.
Expected voltage should be approximately 10-28 volts AC.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
