Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Disconnect connector ST1 from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure for continuity of the fan harness, between disconnected ST1 and fan terminals.
The continuity should conform to the table below:

Black - Black Continuity
