Set Appliance State:

On/Off Switch OFF
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove plug connector ST16 from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance across contacts 1 and 2 (blue wires) on the disconnected connector ST16. Resistance should be less than 100 ohms.
Reconnect plug connector ST16 after test.
