Set Appliance State:
On/Off Switch OFF
CH Demand
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
CH temperature control set to maximum
Connect a pressure gauge to the burner pressure test point
CH temperature control set to maximum
Connect a pressure gauge to the burner pressure test point
Gas On

Measurement:
Appliance On/Off control set to On position.
Reset lockout as necessary.
Allow boiler to ignite and establish.
Allow the CH system to heat.
Slowly turn down the CH temperature control while observing the pressure gauge.
Does the burner pressure reduce as the temperature demand is met?
Note: When pressure gauge is removed pressure test point should be tightened & checked for gas soundness.
Reset lockout as necessary.
Allow boiler to ignite and establish.
Allow the CH system to heat.
Slowly turn down the CH temperature control while observing the pressure gauge.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
