Set Appliance State:

On/Off Switch OFF
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove plug connector ST16 from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance across contacts 5 and 6 (brown wires) on the disconnected connector ST16. Resistance should be between 100-200 ohms.
Reconnect plug connector ST16 after test.
