Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Disconnect connector ST16 from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure resistance between blue (7) and black (8) connections at ST16.
Note:
Ensure probes do not touch during
test as this will give a false reading.
