Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Disconnect connector ST16 from the PCB
Disconnect connector ST16 from the PCB
Measurement:
Measure resistance between blue (6) and black (7) connections at ST16.
Resistance should be open circuit.
Note:
Ensure probes do not touch during
test as this will give a false reading.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
