Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Disconnect connector ST16 from the PCB
Disconnect connector ST16 from the PCB
Observation:
Check that the pins on the plug are in good condition.
Note:
The ends of this plug are prone to damage, allowing the connector to be fitted slightly left or right of the correct alignment. If this is the case ensure when refitting it is aligned EXACTLY as shown in the picture.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
