Step 1:
Turn On/Off Switch to OFF position
Step 2:
Press and hold the chimney sweep and spanner buttons.
Step 3:
Turn On/Off switch to ON position while still holding the chimney sweep and spanner buttons.
Step 4:
Keep the buttons pressed - r2 will be displayed and then after a while two brackets will be shown, at this point release the chimney sweep and spanner buttons.
The factory reset of the PCB has now been carried out.
Recheck the appliances operation if possible, if the factory reset has not rectified the issue the PCB will need to be replaced.
