Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Attach U-gauge to gas valve outlet pressure test point
Set boiler to minimum output by turning the service mode to MIN
(Remove cover at front of appliance then panel slides down)
Set boiler to minimum output by turning the service mode to MIN
(Remove cover at front of appliance then panel slides down)

Measurement:
Boiler ON/OFF switch ON.
Allow boiler to commence its ignition sequence and ignite.
While observing the U-gauge attempt to increase the ignition pressure by turning the "START" screw anti-clockwise.
Note:
When pressure gauge is removed the pressure test point should be tightened and checked for gas tightness.
Please select from the following options:
Ignition pressure adjusted and flame now establishes
Ignition pressure adjusted but still does not establish
Unable to adjust ignition pressure
Allow boiler to commence its ignition sequence and ignite.
