Attach U- gauge to gas valve outlet pressure test point
Heating system should be cold
Attach U- gauge to gas valve outlet pressure test point
Heating system should be cold

Measurement:
Boiler ON/OFF switch ON.
Allow boiler to commence its ignition sequence and the burner to ignite.
Does burner ignite and run at 1.8mb for 2 minutes, then does the burner
pressure ramp up over 1 minute to its set pressure?
Notes:
1. The boiler is fully modulating and pressure ramp up will only take place if the system is cold and does not reach a satisfactory temperature in the initial 2 minutes.
2. If system temperature rise is satisfactory no increase in burner pressure should be considered normal operation.
3. When pressure gauge is removed the pressure test point should be tightened and checked for gas tightness.
