Set Appliance State:

Turn Hot Water Tap On
Boiler ON/OFF Switch OFF
CH Temperature Selector OFF
DHW Temperature Selector to Max
Attach U-gauge to inlet pressure test point on the Gas Valve
CH Temperature Selector OFF
DHW Temperature Selector to Max
Attach U-gauge to inlet pressure test point on the Gas Valve
Gas On; Pilot On

Measurement:
Boiler ON/OFF Switch ON.
Allow ignition sequence to commence.
Observe U-gauge.
Does the U-gauge show a constant pressure of at least 35 mb throughout the operation?
Note: When U-gauge is removed pressure test point should be tightened & checked for gas soundness.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
