Measurement:
Boiler ON/OFF Switch ON. Allow Fan to run and Burner to ignite.
Does the Burner ignite and run at low pressure (approximately1.5mb) for 2 minutes, then ramp-up to its set pressure over the next minute? Do the radiators begin to heat?
Notes: The Boiler is fully modulating and the Burner Pressure will only ramp-up if the system is cold and does not reach a satisfactory temperature in the first 2 minutes. If system temperature rise is satisfactory, then no Burner Pressure ramp-up, should be considered normal operation.
When U-gauge is removed pressure test point should be tightened & checked for gas soundness.
