Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Turn off DHW inlet valve and drain down the DHW circuit

Observation:

Remove the filter and inspect for blockages or damage.
Note:
The filter is situated on the DHW inlet between the isolating valve and the flow switch.
