Set Appliance State:

Mains Power Off
CH Demand
Selector switch to CH - MAX position
WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Observation:


Allow boiler to fire and heat system to above 70 degrees C,
(maximum temperature on selector is approximately 82 degrees C).
Remove CH demand.
Does pump and fan overrun to dissipate heat?
Pump should run until system temperature falls to below 60 degrees C. Fan should overrun for approx. 4 minutes.
Note:
It may be necessary to reduce heating load by turning off some radiators to reduce time taken for this test.
