Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
CH Demand
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Heating temperature selector to maximum
Hot water temperature selector to OFF
Programmer or selector switch set to heating and hot water
Heating temperature selector to maximum
Hot water temperature selector to OFF
Programmer or selector switch set to heating and hot water

Measurement:
Measure voltage at connection 4 (grey wire) at connector X12 and connection 3 (neutral, blue wire) on connector X11 on the main PCB.
Note:
Appliance may be fitted with either a selector switch or a programmer, however the test remains the same.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
