Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Heating temperature selector to maximum
Hot water temperature selector to OFF
Remove connector X15 (white wires) from PCB

Measurement:

Measure resistance across the white wires of the disconnected connector.
Reconnect connector after test.
