Set Appliance State:
Gas Off
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Measurement:
Ensure all system checks are carried out:
System/boiler is correctly charged as necessary.
System/boiler is bled of air.
Gas inlet pressure is correct.
Bypass (internal or external to the boiler) is correctly adjusted as necessary.
Ensure sufficient water supply to the appliance.
Ensure any manual reset devices are reset, there are two types of lockout:-
One type can be reset by turning the mains power off and on again.
Other type has to be reset by depressing the overheat reset button, located on the top R/H front cover of the boiler casing, for at least 1 second with the mains power on and boiler selector switch set to Water & Heating.
