Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Use Insulation Mat as required
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Turn Hot Water Tap On
| WARNING! Mains voltage is expected during test, follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
Measure voltage between connection 3 (pink wire) on connector X15 on sequence board and a suitable earth point.
Switch selector switch to Water whilst observing the multimeter.
Does voltage reach approximately 30 volts DC?
Note:
It is important that the voltage is observed from the time the selector switch is switched to Water as voltage is only present for a few seconds after boiler begins ignition sequence.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
