Set Appliance State:
Use Insulation Mat as required
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Gain access to PCBs
Adjust flow rate at tap to approximately 7 l/min
Gain access to PCBs
Adjust flow rate at tap to approximately 7 l/min

Measurement:
Test between white wire (connection 1) on X15 and neutral on X4.
Voltage should vary between 12V DC and 30V DC to modulate the burner pressure to maintain temperature.
Note:
Boiler should fire at maximum rate at 12V DC and vary up to 30V DC to modulate the boiler down to minimum rate.
