Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
This test is only valid if the ambient air temperature around the frost stat is greater than 8 deg C
Operating switch in Off position
Gain access to PCB (use insulation mat as required)
Disconnect the wires to the frost thermostat, connected to 4 and 5 on connector X4 at the PCB, and make safe
Ensure no demands

Disconnect the wires to the frost thermostat, connected to 4 and 5 on connector X4 at the PCB, and make safe
Ensure no demands

Measurement:
Does the demand neon still illuminate with no demand?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
