Set Appliance State:
Gas Off
Set Multimeter to AC Voltage 
CH Demand
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Boiler Operating Switch in HW and CH position
Heating Control Thermostat (Potentiometer) adjusted to Maximum
Gain access to terminal strip (use insulation mat as necessary)
Boiler Operating Switch in HW and CH position
Heating Control Thermostat (Potentiometer) adjusted to Maximum
Gain access to terminal strip (use insulation mat as necessary)

Measurement:
With CH demand, measure the voltage across connection 11 (Orange wire) and connection 13 (Pink wire) on the upper connector block voltage should be approximately 24 volts AC.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
