Set Appliance State:
Gas On; Pilot On
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Boiler Operating Switch in HW position
Connect a U-gauge to the Gas Valve outlet pressure test point
Boiler Operating Switch in HW position
Connect a U-gauge to the Gas Valve outlet pressure test point

Measurement:
With the DHW tap fully open does the burner ignite and operate at its maximum gas pressure of approximately 16mb?
Decrease the DHW flow from the tap to approximately 5 l/min (1 gall/min).
As the water temperature increases, does the gas pressure modulate down in order to maintain a constant DHW temperature?
Note:
When U-gauge is removed pressure test point should be tightened & checked for gas soundness.

and refit as necessary
