Observation:
The appliance you are working on
has had the preheat disabled.
 
To carry out this part of the fault finding the preheat must be enabled.
 
Please carry out instructions below to enable preheat then click "continue".
(parameters only accessible when appliance has completed self-check)
1. Hold ⮠  until display alternates between P and 1. (approx. 2 secs)
 
2. Press + 3 times so display alternates between P and 4.
 
3. Press ⮠ : display now shows preheat setting.
 
4. Press + or - buttons to change setting to 0 (comfort) then press ⮠  to confirm change.
 
Press R to exit parameter settings.
Appliance should begin to operate for preheat. If it does not you will have to turn
the power off and on, restarting the 3 minute self-check.

Remember to set preheat back to customers original setting once diagnosis is complete.
