Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Drain boiler primary circuit
Turn DHW isolation valve off
Remove fan and burner assembly
(fan & burner will need to be removed to take plate out of appliance to flow water through / sonic clean etc.)

Observation:

Inspect plate heat exchanger for restrictions or blockages.
