Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove spark generator from appliance

Measurement:

Test 1:
Measure the resistance between spades marked 1 and 2 at the spark generator.
Resistance should be greater than 1M Ohm.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between spades marked 1 and 3 at the spark generator.
Resistance should be greater than 1M Ohm.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between each of the three spades to earth (any part of the metal casing).
Resistance should be greater than 1M Ohm on all 3 measurements.
