Set Appliance State:

Isolate cold mains and drain DHW circuit
Slacken the cold water inlet pipe and disconnect
Ease the water rate adjuster from its seating
Slacken the cold water inlet pipe and disconnect
Ease the water rate adjuster from its seating
Observation:
Inspect the water rate adjuster for restrictions
and any signs of damage.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
