XSOL DIAGNOSIS FROM START SEQUENCE
This option will take you through the functional operation of the appliance.
XSOL DIAGNOSIS BY ENHANCED FAULT CODES
This option will take you through tests relevant to the fault code chosen.
XSOL DIAGNOSIS USING THE APPLIANCE FAULT HISTORY FOR GUIDANCE (NOT ALL FAULT CODES ARE COVERED)
This option allows you to use the limited fault code history where the last fault code is stored in the appliances memory. This option will aid diagnosis should the appliance appear to be working correctly whilst on site. In all other cases you MUST use one of the other options listed above or misdiagnosis may occur.
This option can potentially prove useful in the case of intermittent faults, if a fault code appears repeatedly but does not occur whilst you are on site and if the customer is unsure of which fault code has occurred.
