Observation:


Tests have revealed that the appliance is working correctly / no reason for failure. At this stage you have 2 possible options.
1. Retest the appliance, click HERE to do so.
2. Question the customer in order to discover more information regarding the fault code.
Typical questions to ask the customer;
  • Does the fault code appear at a certain time during the day?
  • How long does the appliance operate until the fault code appears?
  • Does it appear during a DHW or CH demand?
  • Is the same fault code appearing on a regular basis?
    The above are only example questions, you will have other questions to ask dependent upon which fault code has appeared.
    Once you have questioned the customer and obtained further information, it is advisable to retest the appliance click HERE
