Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect the leads from terminals 1 and 2 on the clock motor

Measurement:

Measure the resistance between terminals 1 and 2 on the clock.
Expected resistance approximately 58 KOhms.
